Job summary

Allspring Global Investments in London is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to oversee outsourced middle office services, monitor delivery, and coordinate issue resolution across teams and external providers.

You will support client lifecycle events, collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and technology teams, and pursue automation and process improvements to boost efficiency and risk controls in a fast-paced, hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced middle office operations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison among investment teams, traders, clients, and the provider.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, ops, tech, and service providers.
• Support client account lifecycle events, openings, closures, mandates, onboarding.
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues affecting settlement and risk.
• Identify automation and workflow improvements to boost efficiency and controls.
