Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an experienced Trade Parts Advisor for a busy dealership parts department. The role is full-time and permanent, combining sales with customer service in a professional setting.

The package includes a basic salary of £27,500 per annum with realistic on-target earnings between £38,000 and £40,000. Working hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-1pm. Career progression and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Trade Parts Advisor or Parts Advisor.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts and parts department operations.
• Sales-driven with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with Kerridge or Keyloop systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade and retail parts enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Upsell parts to maximise sales and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage stock levels effectively to ensure availability.
• Support the parts team with daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to departmental sales targets and customer service standards.
