Qualifications

• Préparer et déposer des demandes de marques au Royaume-Uni et internationalement.
• Gérer les délais et maintenir des dossiers précis.
• Rédiger des documents formels et des correspondances.

Job description

You’ll be joining a friendly, high-performing team that values precision, collaboration and progression. The role will see you supporting the firm’s Trade Mark Attorneys with a range of administrative and paralegal tasks across the full trade mark lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid experience in trade mark formalities or paralegal work, looking to join a firm where you can continue to develop and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and filing UK, EU and International trade mark applications
• Handling recordals, renewals, assignments, oppositions and other trade mark procedures
• Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising with attorneys, clients and external agents globally
• Drafting standard correspondence and formal documents
• Conducting trade mark searches and assisting with portfolio management

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a trade mark paralegal or formalities role
• Strong knowledge of UKIPO and EUIPO procedures
• Experience using IP management systems (eg WebTMS)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• CITMA Paralegal qualification (or working towards) is desirable
