RE Recruitment Group is seeking a Trade Manager in the Birmingham/Gloucestershire area with UK-wide travel to strengthen merchant relationships and drive growth for premium aluminium windows and doors. The role focuses on engaging branch teams, delivering product knowledge, and converting engagement into measurable sales opportunities.

You will coordinate activation plans, run training sessions, organise events, and support trade marketing initiatives while working closely with the Commercial

Qualifications

• Experience in fenestration or builders' merchant sectors.
• Proven ability to engage merchant networks and branches.
• Skilled in delivering product training and demonstrations.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide.
• Organised with planning and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver branch activation plans across key merchant networks.
• Build relationships with branch managers, trade counters and sales staff.
• Conduct regular branch visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Organise trade days, open days and product demonstrations.
• Deliver engaging product training to merchant teams and customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and sales tools across branches.
• Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Collaborate with account managers on branch plans and growth.
