Job summary

Magnet in Orpington is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

You’ll support trade customers and manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, and chase upsell opportunities, all while hitting sales targets and protecting margin.

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Ability to close sales and influence decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Please note this role will be looking at supporting our trade customers.
