Job summary

Magnet Chelmsford Showroom is seeking a Trade Kitchen Sales Designer to drive trade sales, design kitchens and manage projects from design to completion. You’ll build strong relationships with local tradespeople and support warehouse operations.

You’ll convert enquiries, manage your pipeline, visit homes and upsell where appropriate, while delivering against targets. Salary is £26,550 base with uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+), plus training and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Open to forklift training if required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help.

£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Trade Kitchen Sales Designer, you will play a key role in driving trade sales, building strong relationships with local tradespeople, supporting the smooth running of our warehouse and managing kitchen projects through from design to completion. This is a varied role, giving you chance to fully work across the trade side of our business.
