Job summary

Magnet's Loughton Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust and drives sales.

You will convert showroom enquiries, design kitchens balancing creativity and value, nurture relationships, manage your pipeline, conduct home visits, and aim for sales targets with margin protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in the KBB industry preferred.
• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

£28,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £35,000+)

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you'll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.

Who We're Looking For

• Desirably have experience in the KBB industry


• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs


• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions


• A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences


• Great communication and organisation skills


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle


• Flexibility to work weekends
