Job summary

Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer at our Romford Showroom to manage the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation. You will design tailored kitchens, convert enquiries to sales and deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives earnings.

You will convert showroom inquiries into high-value sales, design kitchens balancing creativity with value, and manage your pipeline with proactive follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement design and showroom sales.
• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Kitchen Sales Designer

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you’ll own the full customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding experience that builds trust, converts into sales and increases your earnings.
