Job summary

Citizen is seeking a skilled Trade Engineer - Multi-Skilled Carpenter to maintain and repair void kitchens and bathrooms across properties in Coventry. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, customer care, and health & safety compliance, working both independently and with other trade engineers.

Applicants should hold Level 2/3 Carpentry qualifications with CSCS and a full UK driving license, plus proven carpentry skills.

Qualifications

Carpentry qualifications include Level 2 and Level 3 with CSCS card.
CSCS Card (or equivalent) is required.
Full UK Driving Licence is required.
Proven ability in all aspects of Carpentry including fault diagnosis.
Experience in social housing is desirable.

Responsibilities

Undertake works relating to carpentry and multi-skilled tasks.
Carry out repairs, installations and refurbishments within void kitchens and bathrooms.
Ensure all works meet regulatory, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
Manage company equipment, materials and van stock in line with procedures.
Participate in emergency call-out rota (where applicable).
Work 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday.
