Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a qualified Trade Engineer – Plumber (Multi-Skilled) for Coventry with occasional work in Birmingham and Worcester. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a schedule from 8am to 4pm (Fri 3:30pm).

You will carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and multi-skilled tasks in social housing properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is essential.
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles.
• Proven experience in social housing across void and occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance and associated trade tasks.
• Undertake a range of multi-skilled duties to support primary trade activities.
• Work in line with relevant regulations, health & safety requirements and best practice.
• Provide on-site support to other Trade Engineers when required.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
