Key Responsibilities:• Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter• Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers• Providing technical support and accurate product information• Preparing quotes and processing orders efficiently• Working closely with the external sales team to maximise business opportunities• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements:• Proven experience in trade counter and internal sales within the electrical wholesale sector is essential• Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• A proactive and organised approach to sales and customer service• Experience using CRM systems and sales software is a plus
