Reece Plumbing Mansfield is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople, provide product information, quotes, and services in a fast-paced branch environment. This is a development pathway designed to fast-track leadership potential within Reece’s network.

You'll learn operations, commercial skills, and hands-on product knowledge while working closely with Branch Leaders. A driver’s licence and weekend availability are preferred as part of the role’s flexibility.

Trade Counter Assistant - Plumbing Mansfield (TH)

As part of one of Reece's high-performing Talent Hubs, this role has been designed to identify and fast‑track ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a desire to build a long-term career with Reece.

More than a Branch Staff position, this opportunity provides additional development, exposure and support to help prepare you for future leadership roles across our network. You'll work closely with experienced Branch Leaders, gain hands‑on experience across all areas of the business, and develop the commercial, operational and people leadership skills needed to take the next step in your career.

You’ll work as part of the Branch Staff team, supporting plumbers and tradespeople by helping them access the products they need for their projects while also contributing to the day‑to‑day operations that keep the branch running smoothly. Every day will provide opportunities to build your technical knowledge, strengthen customer relationships and expand your understanding of how a successful branch operates.

Your day-to-day:
