Job summary

The role is based in Fareham with a hybrid pattern: four days in the office and one day remote. This is a 6‑month contract, 37 hours per week, paying £25‑£30 per hour PAYE.

You will provide specialized expertise in Trade Compliance for export and import activities, support licensing applications, and ensure proper classification of products in line with regulations. You will also assist audits, prepare reports, and support management with regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Import/Export Trade Compliance procedures (ITAR, EAR, OFAC, US CBP).
• UK Military Export Controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Specialized expertise for Trade Compliance export/import activities and licensing determinations; may lead export/import activities.
• Maintain knowledge of export/import regulations and provide updates to management; ensure government reports are up to date.
• Assist with internal or external audits and assessments as directed by Trade Compliance Management.
• Participate in the creation of reports or records.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
