Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Trainer – Track Safety to deliver operational training across Acton, Stratford, Griffith House and depots. You will conduct Track Safety and related courses, ensuring training is delivered to staff and contractors to meet business needs.

You will assess delegates, maintain compliance, and coordinate resources at various sites while upholding TfL values and a professional image.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of track safety and railway operations.
• Familiar with e-learning and training delivery methods.
• Awareness of safety legislation and TfL safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training at multiple locations for a 24/7 environment.
• Provide professional training service to TfL and partners.
• Deliver learning interventions via OTSD LMS.
• Assess delegates and report pass/fail rates.
• Organise resources across locations.
• Promote TfL values and maintain professional image.
• Keep training licences up to date.
