Job summary

Deloitte - Recruitment in London is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operating Model Analyst/SME to help document and improve the end-to-end operating model across the third-party lifecycle. You will map current state, define roles, and support governance with clear artefacts and outputs.

The role requires strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills and involves collaboration with global and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk, controls, procurement, operations, change delivery or third-party management.
• Experience producing structured documentation (process maps, PowerPoint packs, trackers, meeting outputs).
• Exposure to operating model or process improvement work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document the as-is and to-be TPRM operating model (people, process, governance, data/MI, tools).
• Capture roles and responsibilities across teams and create artefacts (RACI, interaction maps).
• Support defining key hand-offs between TPRM, Procurement, BRR, Regions, GBGFs and others.
• Map key TPRM activities across the lifecycle (onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, issues).
• Document minimum requirements, controls, and local variations as needed.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes.
• Organise working sessions and capture outcomes, actions, decisions.
• Maintain logs and support simple plans and timelines for governance.
• Prepare materials for governance forums (slides, updates, notes).
• Collaborate with global, regional and functional stakeholders; escalate early.
