Thorlabs is seeking a facilities engineer to implement and support TPM strategy across our Ely site, helping to reduce downtime and drive operational performance. You will work with maintenance, production and external contractors, schedule work orders in our CMMS, manage service contracts and lead TPM projects, with some hands-on support during downtime.
Applicants should have a Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineering qualification and at least two years in a manufacturing
To implement and support our Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) strategy across our manufacturing site in Ely. Working closely with teams across the business, you will play a direct role in reducing production downtime and helping to drive operational performance.
