Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop oversight frameworks across all referenced lines of business.
• Conduct comprehensive file reviews and QA assessments.
• Act as the link between Claims team and Claims Vendor Management.
• Prepare effective reporting on oversight activities for senior stakeholders.
