Job summary

Harrods seeks a dynamic, creative professional to lead brand advocacy and deliver world-class customer service in-store. By shaping the brand identity, you will enhance the Knightsbridge store’s luxury narrative and drive conversations with our most discerning shoppers.

The role is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, requiring passion for people and top-tier service, with opportunities to grow within Harrods’ iconic environment.

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand. As a supervisor, you’ll be assisting the shaping of the brand identity and driving our message to the world.

You may, or may not have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

You’ll also:
