Job summary

• Oversee the seamless execution of the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience.
• Partner with the Private Shopping Manager to review capacity and optimise team structure across business units.
• Identify and nurture talent, supporting both internal development and external hiring where needed.
• Curate engaging training and development opportunities, collaborating with central learning teams and brand partners.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service.

As a Private Shopping Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and leading our team of Private Shopping Assistants to deliver an outstanding client journey from start to finish.

About the Role

This is a people-first leadership role where success is defined by the success of your team and the experiences they create for our clients.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.
