Talent Guardian, Harrogate, is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to bring product and brand ideas to life in a toy-focused business. You’ll transform briefs into eye-catching designs across print and digital, from packaging to campaigns, while upholding brand identity.

The role offers Monday-to-Friday work with hybrid flexibility, a varied creative remit, and the chance to work with a collaborative team to develop your skills and take on new projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related subject.
• Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating print and digital design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour, layout and production prep.

Mansioni

• Develop concepts and designs for toy products, packaging and marketing campaigns.
• Create artwork for print and digital channels (social, ads, promotional materials).
• Take projects from idea to final artwork, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain brand identity across products and communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to turn briefs into clear, engaging designs.
• Keep up with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
