Job summary

Talent Guardian is recruiting a Junior Graphic Designer in Harrogate to start a design career within a growing toy business. You will contribute to toy product visuals, packaging and marketing materials, developing artwork for print and digital channels.

You'll work with a collaborative team, support projects from brief to final artwork, and help maintain consistent brand aesthetics across communications. Hybrid working is offered, with a focus on developing your design skills and portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Help develop creative concepts and designs for toy products, packaging and marketing campaigns.
• Create artwork for print and digital channels, including social media, advertising and promotional materials.
• Support projects from initial brief through to final artwork and production.
• Work with designers and colleagues across the business to understand project requirements.
• Help maintain a consistent look and feel across brands, products and communications.
• Keep up with design trends and share fresh ideas with the team.

What you’ll bring

• A degree, qualification or relevant training in Graphic Design or a related subject.
• A creative mindset, enthusiasm for design and confidence sharing your ideas.
• A portfolio that shows your design skills and potential across print and digital work.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and a willingness to develop your technical skills.
• An understanding of typography, colour and layout.
