Talent Guardian in Harrogate is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Lead to shape packaging, marketing and digital artwork for a growing toy business. You will lead creative concepts, oversee artwork from concept to production, and mentor teammates, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across channels.

The role offers hybrid working with Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary, depending on experience. A strong print and digital portfolio, with packaging experience, is highly valued.

Are you an imaginative designer ready to take the lead on creative projects? We're recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead to join a growing toy business in Harrogate, shaping how its products and brands look across packaging, marketing and digital channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring fresh ideas, turn briefs into standout creative work and help maintain a consistent, engaging brand identity. You'll take ownership of projects from concept to completion and provide creative direction and support to colleagues along the way.

What you'll do

• Lead the development of creative concepts and visual direction across toy products, packaging and marketing campaigns.
• Create and oversee artwork for print and digital channels, including social media, advertising and promotional materials.
• Take projects from brief and initial concept through to final artwork and production, keeping work on schedule and to a high standard.
• Guide and support other designers, sharing feedback and helping raise the quality and consistency of creative output.
• Work with colleagues across the business to understand briefs and turn them into effective, engaging designs.
• Help evolve brand identities and ensure they are applied consistently across products and communications.
• Keep up with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

What you'll bring

• Several years' experience in a graphic design role, ideally with experience taking the lead on creative projects.
• A highly creative mindset and the confidence to develop original concepts and visual ideas.
• A strong portfolio showing work across print and digital design; experience with product or packaging design would be an advantage.
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• A strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and artwork preparation for production.
• The ability to communicate your ideas clearly, give constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
