Job summary

Talent Guardian in Harrogate is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer/Creative Lead to shape packaging, marketing and digital artwork for a growing toy business. You will lead creative concepts, oversee artwork from concept to production, and mentor teammates, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across channels.

The role offers hybrid working with Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive salary, depending on experience. A strong print and digital portfolio, with packaging experience, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Several years of graphic design experience with lead on projects.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital; packaging experience a plus.
• Proficiency with typography, colour, layout and production-ready artwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and visual direction for toys, packaging and marketing.
• Create and oversee artwork for print and digital channels (social, ads, promos).
• Take briefs from concept to final artwork, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Guide and support other designers to raise quality and consistency.
• Collaborate across teams to translate briefs into engaging designs and brands.
• Evolve brand identities and ensure consistent application across products.
