Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Town Planner in Leeds to manage planning applications, appeals and site appraisals. You’ll build strong client and stakeholder relationships and advise on policy, strategies and feasibility for specialist projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or related field (RTPI accreditation preferred)

• You’ll hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, ideally with RTPI accreditation (or working towards it).
• You’ll already have experience in either the private or public sector, with a solid understanding of the planning process.
• You’ll bring a proactive, problem-solving approach and a real enthusiasm for specialist projects.
• You’ll be confident in building client relationships and communicating effectively.
• You’ll enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are happy to be office-based 5 days a week.
