I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded planning consultancy that's looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner to strengthen their growing Leeds team. The Opportunity

You'll be joining a collaborative planning team working across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support, making it ideal for someone ready to step into a senior position or consolidate their experience at this level.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals from inception to determination
• Providing planning advice to clients, landowners and developers
• Leading smaller projects and supporting junior team members
• Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders and consultants
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards with significant experience)
• Strong experience within UK town planning (private or public sector)
• Confident managing your own caseload and client relationships
• Commercially aware with excellent written and verbal communication skills
