Job summary

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Planner to join a growing, collaborative Planning team in the South West, with offices in Bristol or Cardiff. You will prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and development proposals across diverse sectors.

You will provide planning advice to clients, build strong relationships with authorities and consultants, support business development, and contribute to project delivery with high-quality technical outputs.

Qualifications

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
• Experience in planning consultancy, local authority, or developer environment.
• Strong technical planning knowledge and report-writing skills.
• Good understanding of the South West planning market and policy environment.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
