Job summary

TDM Recruitment Group is partnering with a highly successful developer in Leeds to recruit three planning professionals. You will work closely with senior team members on complex projects and have the chance to learn and develop in a superb environment.

On offer is a salary circa £40k-£65k, plus package and bonus, with exposure to town planning, land acquisition support and ongoing local plan knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification and MRTPI chartership (or working towards) is required.
• Experience working on planning projects, ideally in residential or retirement/care.

Responsibilities

• Work on a portfolio of town planning projects.
• Support the land acquisition team with planning knowledge & guidance.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of local plans and general planning knowledge.
