Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support planning applications across a range of sectors.
  • Carry out research and policy analysis to inform planning strategies.
  • Provide advice on planning regulations and local authority guidelines.
  • Work closely with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist on complex and high-profile projects.
  • Contribute to planning reports and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited).
  • MRTPI or working toward chartership.
  • Previous Planning experience either public or private sector.
  • Knowledge of UK planning laws, policies, and procedures.
