Qualifications

• Experience in supporting or delivering economic development, business support, employability or skills-related projects.
• Knowledge of business support, economic growth and skills programmes and their contribution to local development.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders across public, private and voluntary sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects, programmes and initiatives promoting business growth and economic prosperity across Bromsgrove and Redditch.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers, education providers and partners.
• Assist in development of funding bids, project proposals and business cases.
• Monitor project performance, analyse data and evaluate outcomes.
• Support events, workshops and promotional activity.
• Produce reports and performance information for senior managers and funding bodies.
