Job summary

Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council are seeking a proactive Project Delivery Officer to support projects that boost town centres and local communities. You will work with businesses, schools and partners to deliver activities that improve attractiveness and economic performance.

Responsibilities include developing funding bids, monitoring progress, producing reports, and ensuring measurable benefits for residents and businesses.

Qualifications

• Educated to HND/C, Level 4 equivalent or degree in business, project management or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience of supporting or delivering economic development, business support, employability or skills-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of projects, programmes and initiatives that promote business growth and economic prosperity across the two districts.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with local employers, education providers, training organisations and strategic partners.
• Assist in the development of funding bids, project proposals and business cases to attract investment.
• Monitor project performance, analyse data and evaluate outcomes to ensure programmes deliver measurable benefits for businesses and residents.
• Support events, workshops and promotional activity.
• Produce reports, briefings and performance information for senior managers and funding bodies.
