Job summary

Coop Holidays Travel Group is seeking a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent to join our team and help craft bespoke experiences for B2B and retail customers. You will liaise with clients, upsell products, and ensure smooth bookings from enquiry to post-travel support.

You will handle inquiries, sell a wide range of Coop Holidays offerings from tailor-made itineraries to cruises, and work toward targets while delivering exceptional service. Training is provided, with staff discounts on travel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel and sales.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales enquiries from B2B customers and answer efficiently.
• Sell a range of Coop Holidays products, including tailor-made itineraries, cruises, Eurostar, city breaks, and more.
• Achieve sales targets by maximizing selling opportunities of Coop Holidays products.
• Provide first-level support to customers on queries regarding bookings or products.
