CO-OP Travel is seeking a Tour Operations Specialist Sales Agent to join our team. You will handle B2B sales enquiries, promote Coop Holidays products (tailor-made itineraries, cruises, Eurostar, city breaks) and work toward sales targets while supporting customers on bookings.

The role requires travel and sales experience, a customer-focused approach, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and comfort with web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Receiving sales enquiries from B2B customers and answering them efficiently.
• Selling a range of Coop Holidays products - including tailor-made itineraries, Cruise packages, Eurostar, long & short haul, City Break experiences and more
• Achieving sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of Coop Holidays products at every opportunity
• Providing first-level support to customers on any queries regarding their booking or Coop Holidays product
