Imagine working in an ever-changing scenic environment—from forests to beaches, Highlands to Islands—truly living the dream.

  • Contracts available include full-time, part-time, ad-hoc, flexible, and hybrid roles.
  • Shift patterns vary—8, 10, or 12 hours—including day shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Role Overview:

  • Represent the company by delivering tour programmes to both domestic and international customers, including public speaking and engaging information delivery.
  • Tours range from one to eight days, with overnight stays required.

  • Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
  • Additional pay includes bonuses, commissions, and tips.
  • Average of 40 hours per week, with a work pattern from Monday to Sunday, generally between 6:00 am and 9:30 pm, with a monthly rota.
  • 28 days paid holidays per year, plus an additional day for each year worked (up to 5 days).
  • Support throughout recruitment and training; options for extended winter leave.
  • Staff benefits include discounts on tours, worldwide travel, charity volunteering days, flexible working, social events, long service rewards, and health support programs.
