Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Total Reward Specialist to lead pay, benefits, recognition and governance. You’ll analyze market data, manage reward cycles, and support stakeholders to keep our programmes competitive and engaging.

Based in our flexible Support Centre with hybrid work from home and our new St Albans site, you’ll partner with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements and deliver a great colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, benefits, HR or people-focused environments.
• Strong numerical and data handling capabilities.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Costa’s total reward offering across pay, benefits, recognition and governance.
• Manage day-to-day reward activities, respond to queries and maintain data accuracy.
• Partner with external suppliers and benefits providers, monitor performance.
• Produce market insights and reward analysis to keep programmes competitive.
• Contribute to reward projects and annual pay/bonus cycles.
