Job summary

Intact Insurance is recruiting a Total Reward professional to shape compensation, benefits, executive remuneration and recognition. The role blends data analysis, reporting and process improvement within a hybrid setup based in Manchester or Liverpool.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design market-aligned reward solutions, automate reporting, and support informed decision making across reward programmes. This is a permanent role with a focus on quality and impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience across total reward disciplines with an understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward programmes is preferable
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and technologies, including Power BI, Power Query, data modelling, or automation solutions would be beneficial
  • Ability to deal with priorities effectively while delivering accurate, high quality outcomes in an ever-changing environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work discretely, using sound judgement while recognising when support or escalation is needed

Responsibilities

  • Delivering reward solutions across the total reward cycle and supporting key reward projects and workstreams.
  • Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights that support reward related decision making across the business.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of compensation, benchmarking, incentive and benefits programmes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop effective, market aligned reward solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency through automation and technology.
  • Contributing to broader people and financial processes while ensuring high quality delivery and attention to detail.

This role is hybrid to be based in either Manchester or Liverpool
