Job summary

Intact Insurance UK is transforming its technology stack to deliver cloud-based, enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions. You will design, build, and deploy Canvas and Model Driven Apps, and integrate with Dynamics and SharePoint.

The role involves APIs, PCF components, and potential UiPath RPA work, with emphasis on robust SDLC practices. Join a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement, quality, and scalable business value, with hybrid working and strong career development

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building Power Platform solutions (Canvas/Model Driven Apps).
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Developers of connectors, APIs, plugins, and PCF/RPA solutions (UiPath desirable).
• Practical knowledge of supporting enterprise-scale apps through the full SDLC.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps practices for delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, testing, deployment and ongoing support of enterprise business apps using Power Platform and related tech.
• Collaborate to shape requirements, design and implementation approaches in technical discussions.
• Support testing and deployment to ensure reliable, scalable business value.
• Apply development standards to promote quality, security and maintainability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and support.

You’ll Make An Impact By

• Contributing to the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and complementary technologies.
• Collaborating with colleagues to shape requirements, solution design, and implementation approaches through participation in technical discussions.
• Supporting testing and deployment activities to ensure solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver real business value.
• Applying agreed development standards and best practices to promote quality, security, and maintainability across solutions.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation that supports ongoing development and support.

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience designing and building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other systems and third party technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint.
• Capability in developing custom connectors, APIs, plugins, PCF components, and RPA solutions, including experience with UiPath (desirable).
• Practical knowledge of supporting enterprise scale applications across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps ways of working, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
