Saxton Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Toronto-based, high-value build programme. You will lead on-site delivery for large-scale projects, coordinating the budget and team to meet schedule and financial targets.

This role requires relocation to Canada, with a clear pathway to progression within a Tier 1 contractor environment and a strong track record on major D&B projects.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale projects valued at £25m+.
• Proven ability to manage programme, safety and quality on site.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure project is built on schedule and budget.
• Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project.
• Manage the project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor the change management process.
