Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Toolroom Engineer in Tamworth to join a growing manufacturing team. The role requires hands-on experience with injection mould tooling, TPMs, and repair/refurbishment of tooling up to 10 tonnes.

The position offers a rotating 2-week shift pattern and a competitive salary. Candidates should be proactive, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, and a commitment to health and safety within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in tooling environments and TPMs is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities to implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out TPMs of tooling.
• Repair, maintain, refurbish injection mould tooling.
• Respond to breakdowns to reduce downtime.
• Support new tooling projects.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
