Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire is preferred.
• Proven supervision of the branch tool hire team.
• Active cross-selling and upselling to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and support growth through cross-selling.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve customer experience.
• Deliver and collect orders accurately and load/offload safely.
• Support colleagues in building knowledge of tool hire products.
• Maintain tool hire standards at all times.
• Coordinate with the local network to ensure inventory meets demand.
