Jewson, part of Stark UK, is hiring a Tool Hire Assistant for our Bedford (MK41 9RT) branch. The role involves delivering and collecting tool hire orders, driving a 3.5 tonne van, and supporting the team with customer service and inventory management.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5pm, with every other Saturday 8am - 12pm. A full UK driving licence is essential and there are opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in tool hire or customer service is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities and deploy resources for safe operations.
• Develop relationships with customers and support team growth through cross-selling.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to deliver high-quality service.
• Deliver and collect customer orders accurately and secure equipment during loading/unloading.
• Support colleagues in building knowledge of tool hire products and inventory levels.
