Jewson in Edinburgh is seeking a Tool Hire Assistant to support day-to-day tool hire activities and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience in customer service is desirable.
• Willingness to work full-time Monday–Friday with Saturday mornings on rotation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities and deploy resources.
• Develop relationships with customers to maximise growth through cross selling.
• Provide guidance to team members and support high-quality customer experiences.
• Deliver and collect orders in a timely and safe manner, loading/offloading equipment.
• Support colleagues in building knowledge of tool hire products.
• Maintain tool hire standards and inventory levels.
• Collaborate across the local network to meet customer needs.
