Tove Learning Trust is seeking an Estates Strategy Manager to lead the development of our Estates strategy across a multi-academy trust. You will work with school leaders and the executive team to ensure compliance and effective budget management across a diverse estate.
The role requires experience in multi-site property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with IT tools and bespoke software. Travel between sites is involved, and DBS disclosure is required.
Tove Learning Trust (TLT) is a well-established Multi Academy Trust with sixteen schools across Northamptonshire/ Buckinghamshire and the West Midlands. We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and visionary Estates Strategy Manager to support the wider TLT leadership team with the development of our Estates strategy across the trust. TLT has a small central structure and a large amount of autonomy granted to its constituent schools. Each school has its own School Business Manager and Site team to manage daily operations and planning. The post holder will work closely with these teams and the trust Executive team to ensure compliance and risk management across the Trust. In this pivotal role you will have accountability for trust wide investment strategies, statutory compliance and multi million pound budget management. The exact job role will vary from time to time due to the differing needs of the trust and the composition of the estate which varies from a previous 1920's grammar school to modern day construction.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a current driver's licence. As travel is required between sites, they must have access to a reliable means of transport in order to carry out their duties.
