Job summary

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is seeking a dedicated maintenance engineer to join our Estates Team. You will work across Lincolnshire locations, carrying out building, plumbing, joinery and grounds work to keep facilities safe and well-maintained.

The role is full-time and permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, year-round. We offer a competitive salary and strong pension, CPD opportunities, and staff benefits.

At Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, we are looking for a dedicated, conscious maintenance engineer to join our Estates Team. You will be working across our locations based in Lincolnshire, carrying out building, plumbing, joinery and grounds work.

This full-time, permanent role. You will be working 37 hors per week, Monday to Friday, all year round.

You’ll be at the heart of maintaining and improving our school’s facilities, ensuring they’re safe, secure, and always at their best. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools in Lincolnshire.
• Be enthusiastic, energetic, well-motivated and able to think outside the box.
• Will use your initiative, experience and skills to provide a first-class services at all times.
• Have relevant experience in a facilities maintenance role.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Take ownership of repairs, contractor management, and compliance tasks, always with an eye on health and safety.
