Job summary

Tove Learning Trust is seeking an Estates Strategy Manager to lead the development of our Estates strategy across a multi-academy trust. You will work with school leaders and the executive team to ensure compliance and effective budget management across a diverse estate.

The role requires experience in multi-site property management, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with IT tools and bespoke software. Travel between sites is involved, and DBS disclosure is required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in building services, surveying, property management or health & safety.
• Experience in a multi-site environment managing large property portfolios.
• Strong financial experience managing large budgets, centralising procurement and driving commercial value.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and bespoke estate software.
• DBS disclosure required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the trust-wide Estates strategy.
• Oversee statutory compliance, risk management and multi-million pound budgets.
• Collaborate with School Business Managers, Site teams and the Executive team.
