Qualifikationen

• Excellent IT skills with Excel and QMS.
• Experience with clinical record data handling and documentation in compliance with UKAS and RCPath requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities to meet turnaround times.
• Excellent attention to detail with patient, clinical and project information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for macrodissection of tumour-rich areas identified by a pathologist/advanced practitioner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible, proactive approach; experience in a clinical laboratory or healthcare environment beneficial.
• Maintain competence in established procedures and participate in training where required.
• Support identification and implementation of service improvements.
