Job summary

Datalec Precision Installations is seeking a TIQC Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the TIQC team across multiple projects in Greater London. You will plan resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery to client requirements and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating TIQC resources across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and analyse project trackers and reports.
• Experience preparing and reviewing RAMS documents.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in electrical contracting, testing, inspection or commissioning.
• Working knowledge of electrical testing and inspection processes.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint development.
• Understanding of quality management and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate TIQC resources across multiple projects, ensuring labour allocation and delivery against requirements.
• Maintain trackers and reporting systems covering progress, attendance, testing, commissioning, handover and resource utilization.
• Survey upcoming works and produce RAMS; ensure records and deliverables meet procedures and client needs.
• Support TIQC operations by managing processes, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Manage department expenditure, procurement and equipment orders with budgetary control.
• Represent the business and uphold values with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Data Protection and Information Security standards.

We are seeking a TIQC Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the Testing, Inspection, Quality & Commissioning (TIQC) team. The role ensures that projects are effectively planned, resourced, tracked and delivered in accordance with business requirements, client expectations and company procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate TIQC resources across multiple projects, ensuring appropriate labour allocation, workload management and delivery against project requirements.
• Maintain department trackers and reporting systems covering project progress, site attendance, testing activities, commissioning works, handover status and resource utilisation.
• Survey upcoming works and produce work task RAMS. Ensure operational records, testing documentation and project deliverables are maintained in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
• Support the efficient operation of the TIQC department by managing processes, monitoring performance and driving continual improvement initiatives.
• Manage department expenditure, procurement activities and equipment orders, ensuring budgetary control.
• Represent the business, upholding our core values and behaviours with all internal and external customers, clients and third parties.
• Maintain business and client confidentiality, adhering to applicable Data Protection regulations and Information Security Standards in line with company and group policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong Microsoft Office/365 skills, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience developing, maintaining and analysing project trackers and reports.
• Experience preparing and reviewing RAMS
• Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within electrical contracting, testing, inspection or commissioning.
