Job summary

Holcim UK is seeking an experienced HGV Tipper Driver to join our Coventry region team. You will safely operate a tipper vehicle, delivering aggregates and asphalt across the region, with training available to transition from HGV to tipper driving.

The role offers a dedicated night shift or day shift, ongoing safety training, and opportunities for career progression within a leading sustainable construction company.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C (HGV) licence and clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local area and safe driving practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork required on site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt on a scheduled route.
• Operate a tipper vehicle with due regard to safety and vehicle care.
• Work on dedicated night or day shift, regionally based out of Croft and Coventry area.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you're an experienced Tipper Driver or new to the field, we'll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We're on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focused HGV Tipper Driver to work on a dedicated night shift OR dedicated day shift to join our team, regionally based. You'll be delivering across the region based out of Croft.

You'll be responsible for delivering primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who you are

• You're a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence.
• You have good geographical knowledge of the local area.
• You have an excellent awareness of safety and incorporate this into your driving ability.
• You possess excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
