Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop an established internal sales team.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across timber products.
• Manage and develop key customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and market growth areas.
• Manage stock profiles per customer demand.
• Monitor sales activity, margins and commercial performance.
• Produce regular reports and analyse sales trends.
• Support pricing, negotiation and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth strategies.
