Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
• Exposure to timber frame construction and NHBC requirements.
• Able to coordinate subcontractors and maintain build quality on programme.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Site Manager with day-to-day running of the development.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to keep progress on programme.
• Monitor build quality and NHBC standards; conduct site inspections and uphold health & safety.
• Assist with quality checks, plot progression and preparation for handover as the development advances.
• Help manage build sequences and ensure clear communication across the site team.
