Job summary

Early and Back Shift options with progression after training and pay rises. Full-time roles with emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a production, fabrication, joinery, timber or assembly environment.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions.
Confidence using hand and power tools.
Strong focus on quality, safety and achieving production targets.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks.
Good attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
A positive team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Build timber and panel systems according to process guides to support projects across Scotland.
Interpret technical drawings to ensure builds are completed accurately and to the required quality standards.
Use a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Carry out manual handling of timber and other materials.
Work to daily quality and production targets.
Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Work closely with your team and line leader to maintain efficient workflows.
Support continuous improvement across the production process.
